Books are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment and a complete order form.  Shipping and handling to the continental US and Canada is included in the price of the book.  Contact the author for pricing if you would like a book shipped overseas.  We will gladly ship anywhere! Shipping to the United States can take up to two weeks.
